Selling Price

The price is displayed on each product page.

Charges Other Than the Product Price

Domestic and international shipping charges are displayed at checkout. As part of our opening campaign, shipping to addresses in Japan is free until 11:59 p.m. Japan Standard Time on July 30, 2026.

For international shipments, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or similar charges may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Payment Methods and Timing

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed.

Delivery of Products

Orders are normally dispatched within approximately 2 days to one week after payment is confirmed. Dispatch may take longer depending on order volume, production or adjustment progress, weather, or other circumstances.

For pre-order items, made-to-order items, or products with an individually stated dispatch date, the information on the relevant product page takes precedence. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and shipping method.

Application Period

If a sales period or application deadline applies, it will be displayed on the relevant product page or campaign notice.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If an item is not defective, we generally do not accept customer-initiated returns or exchanges. However, we accept returns only when the outer shipping carton remains unopened and you contact us through our contact form within 3 days of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery through our contact form. After reviewing the situation, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our shipping expense.
