Orders and Formation of Contract

A sales contract is formed when you complete the order process and we send an order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order in cases such as insufficient stock, payment problems, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud. If this occurs, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.

Product specifications, prices, and estimated lead times are shown on each product page. Because our products are made and adjusted by hand, there may be individual variations in shape, finish, and color.
