Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within approximately 2 days to one week after payment is confirmed. Dispatch may take longer depending on order volume, production or adjustment progress, weather, or other circumstances.

For pre-order items, made-to-order items, or products with an individually stated dispatch date, the information on the relevant product page takes precedence.

Shipping within Japan

As part of our opening campaign, shipping to addresses in Japan is free until 11:59 p.m. Japan Standard Time on July 30, 2026. Sales and shipping rates after the campaign will be announced separately on this site.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Japan are generally sent by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and total order weight and are displayed at checkout.

International shipping is available only for orders with a total shipping weight, including products and packaging, of 10 kg or less and to countries or regions where EMS service is available. If you would like to place an order exceeding 10 kg, please contact us through our contact form before ordering.

Shipping may be unavailable for certain countries, regions, or postal codes. If we cannot ship an order, we will review it and contact you.

Any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or similar charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery and Tracking

After dispatch, we will send the tracking number by email. Any delivery estimate is approximate, and delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, weather, transportation conditions, or other circumstances.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or a similar reason, you may be charged the actual cost of reshipping. Please check the shipping address before confirming your order.
